In these challenging times, we find ourselves drawn to the very basics of our humanity, we ask ourselves what really matters; our health and well-being, our families and the overall welfare of our communities. We also find ourselves asking the most basic of human questions; what is the purpose and meaning of life in the face of such uncertainty. These are questions we are continually encouraging you to challenge yourself with in the pursuit of daily fulfillment and in our quest to get you all to dare, discover and engage.
The great outdoors remain one of the unique natural environments in which you can explore, discover and experience answers to some of these questions. Even in these times of social distancing, the outdoors provide an opportunity to get out, exercise your body and your mind, reflect and rejuvenate as we ponder and prepare for what lies ahead. We urge you to take up those opportunities, remembering to adhere to the required guidelines to keep yourself and others safe and healthy.
To quote from an encouraging message from one of our partners :
“We find ourselves in one of the toughest and most uncertain situations for generations. The full impact on both individuals and the global economy is yet to be seen. What’s already clear to see is the level of pain being felt by the tours, activities, attractions and broader experience industry.
In challenging times we see true character show through and we believe there is no more resilient industry, driven by a supportive and tenacious community.”
Like you all, we have been affected directly by COVID-19 and the global measures being rolled out to control it. Though our team will be working remotely we are as committed as ever to continue to provide exciting opportunities for you to take time to engage in the outdoors. We hope that you, your families and friends remain healthy and safe during these coming months.
