Cancellation Policy

All cancellations for events or tours must be received no later than 14 days from the date of the event/tour to qualify for a full refund. Cash and Mpesa refunds will be processed and refunded within 7 working days subject to confirmation of receipt of payment. Credit card payments will be refunded within 14 working days.

Cancellations received between 7-14 days prior to the tour or event will receive 50 % refund, within 7 to 14 working days after the event/tour

Cancellations received after 7 and 3 days prior to the start of the event will receive a 25 % refund within 7 to 14 working days after the event/tour
